Surprise Proposal On a Snowy Mountain

What started out as a family photo shoot turned into the surprise of a lifetime for Lauren. Jordan and I had talked about this surprise proposal for over a year, waiting for the right time. I had nearly lost hope until he reached out and told me the time was right. So we all planned our trip across the state, disguised as a family session in the mountains, and he got down on one knee…

Then we walked along the river, played in the snow, and revelled in the fresh excitement of a gorgeous new ring on Lauren’s finger. Their beautiful family of three has a lot to be excited for as they get to plan for a long awaited wedding to come! I’ll admit that I felt all the happy, excited, lovey emotions this day and every day I’ve sat perfecting these photos to share with them. What a gift to be apart of it with them.
